Apukka Resort is situated only 15 minutes drive from Rovaniemi city centre, combining unique, innovative experiences with traditions and true, unspoiled nature. The location between two lakes makes the property not only the best spot to see Northern Lights but also to do a lot of activities all year round. The accommodation is offered in Aurora Cabins, Lappish Komsio Suites, Aurora Wagons, Ice Log Cabins, as well as classic apartments and holiday homes. The on-site restaurant, Restaurant Aitta, serves Nordic cuisine with a modern twist and uses locally produced ingredients. Breakfast is continental, lunch and dinner are buffet style. The true heart of the restaurant is a huge stone fireplace with an oven, where buns are baked and delicious stews are braised.
