To apply for an Austrian Schengen visa (which allows travel within the Schengen area) in South Africa, you'll need to follow these steps:
1. Determine Visa Type: Identify the type of visa you need based on your purpose of travel (e.g., tourist, business, study). You would typically apply for a tourist, multi entry visa. Please click here for all information related to your visa application

2. Complete Application Form: Fill out the Schengen visa application form accurately and completely. The form will be on the website for you to download. We will also have a sample of what the answers should be on the form
3. Gather Required Documents: Prepare the necessary supporting documents, which typically include:

5. Attend Appointment: On the scheduled date, attend your visa appointment in person. Bring all required documents, including the completed application form and supporting materials. Be prepared for an interview, if necessary.
6. Pay Fees: Pay the visa application fee, which is usually non-refundable, and any additional service fees required by the consulate or visa application center. Please send a copy of the invoice to dulux@rewardsincentives.co.za with your banking details so that we can refund the visa costs to you.
7. Submit Biometrics: Provide biometric data (fingerprints and/or photograph) at the visa application center, if required.
8. Wait for Processing: After submitting your application, wait for it to be processed. Processing times vary but may take several weeks, so apply well in advance of your planned travel dates.
9. Collect Passport: Once your visa application is processed, collect your passport from the visa application center. If your visa is approved, it will be affixed to one of the passport pages. Please make sure that the information on your visa is correct before leaving the visa centre
10. Travel to Europe: With your visa in hand, you're ready to travel to the Schengen area within the validity period of your visa.
